A: Yes, our cookies do contain dairy products. We do offer a dairy free dough option upon request.

Q: How many cookie cutters do you have?
A: We have thousands of cookie cutters in our bakery. If you don't see a picture of a cookie you would like to have created, just ask! We will be happy to create something for you!

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, we have a delivery service. We can give you a specific fee once we know what location we are delivering to.

Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: No, we do not have a storefront. If you would like to come see us you must book an appointment beforehand. We are very flexible regarding appointments!

Q: Do you make cookie grams?
A: Yes, we make cookie grams and we can customize them to any design you would like!

Q: I am having a party, do you make cookie platters?
A: Yes, we can make any type of cookie platter you can think off. We offer a variety of platter sizes and colours.

Q: I am interested in getting a sample cookie from you, is that possible?
A: Yes, we provide sample cookies. Depending on the complexity of the cookie a fee may apply.

Q: How long in advance should I be placing my order?
A: We recommend at least a week notice or more for orders. If you need an order and it is less than a week away from your desired date, give us a call anyway…we will do our best to squeeze you in!

Q: Do you make dairy free and/or egg free cakes and cupcakes?
A: We do have a dairy free and egg free option to choose from. These products may require more notice, so please give us at least 2 weeks. If you need an order and it is less than two weeks away from your desired date, give us a call anyway…we will do our best to squeeze you in! Please note that we do have dairy and egg products in our facility.

Q: I am looking to have a baking party. Is this something your facility can provide?
